Coming up on March 1st and running until March 3rd:“WHAT IS TELEVISION?” A conference to explore the past, present and future of television. Join international video and television scholars, professionals, industry and government representatives to discuss the changing nature of television. The conference will feature plenary panels, paper presentations and screenings. Open to the public! It all goes down on the first of March at the White Stag Block, University of Oregon PDX.  This event is hosted by the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication and co-sponsored by the UO Cinema Studies Program!
